Product Range and Classification
The products available on this website are handcrafted sporting and historical reenactment equipment. These items are functional or decorative and are not designed, manufactured, or marketed as weapons.

Products are intended exclusively for controlled sporting activities, historical reenactment, training, stage performance, collection, or display purposes.

Improper use, negligent handling, unauthorized modification, or use outside of controlled environments may result in serious injury or damage. By purchasing and using our products, the customer acknowledges the inherent physical risks associated with sporting equipment.

Customer Eligibility
By placing an order on this website, the customer confirms that they are at least 18 years of age or have the consent and supervision of a legal guardian.

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, import, possession, and use of the ordered products comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their country or jurisdiction.

Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed through the website. Payment must be completed using the available payment methods. An order is considered final once payment has been successfully confirmed.

Vas Crafts Kft. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity. For high-value transactions, additional identity verification may be requested.

Custom-Made Products
All products are handcrafted and made to order based on individual production processes.

According to Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.

By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that the right of withdrawal may not apply to custom-made products.

Production Time
Production starts after payment confirmation. Estimated production time is typically between 1–3 months depending on current workload and material availability.

Production times are indicative and do not constitute a contractual delivery deadline.

Shipping
We offer international shipping. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times vary by destination and are communicated to the customer prior to order confirmation.

Orders are shipped by default via DHL courier service as insured and fully trackable shipments.

In accordance with applicable Hungarian regulations, Hungarian Post (MPL) parcel delivery services (including home delivery, PostaPoint, and parcel locker options) are also available upon request. Customers wishing to use MPL delivery must contact us in advance to arrange the shipping method, delivery conditions, and applicable fees.

Due to the custom-made nature, size, and value of the products, certain shipping methods may require prior arrangement.

Transfer of Risk
Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

All shipments are insured; however, customers must report visible shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery and retain all packaging materials for inspection.

Import Responsibility
The customer is considered the importer of record and is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country, including customs requirements and restricted item regulations.

Vas Crafts Kft. shall not be responsible for shipments delayed, confiscated, rejected, or destroyed by customs due to local restrictions or regulatory issues.

Withdrawal and Refund
Where applicable under mandatory consumer protection laws, buyers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days without providing a reason.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise required by law.

This withdrawal right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products as described in Section 5.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vas Crafts Kft. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of its products.

Vas Crafts Kft. shall not be held responsible for injuries or damages resulting from:

• improper use
• negligent handling
• unauthorized modifications
• insufficient maintenance
• use contrary to instructions
• use in violation of local laws

The customer assumes full responsibility for the safe handling and appropriate use of the products.

Product Use and Safety
Customers agree to use the products responsibly and only for their intended purposes.

Products must be kept out of reach of children and used only in controlled environments appropriate for sporting or reenactment activities.

Protective equipment is strongly recommended during use.

Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including but not limited to images, product designs, descriptions, branding elements, manufacturing methods, and product names—is the exclusive property of Vas Crafts Kft. and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, imitation, distribution, or commercial use without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Copyright
All website materials are protected by copyright law and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Personal data collected during the purchase process (such as name, email address, billing information, and shipping details) is processed and stored in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
