Withdrawal Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, unless the product falls under the exceptions listed below.

2. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal – Made-to-Order Products

In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

All swords offered by VASCRAFTS are handcrafted and made to order.
Products are not kept in stock; production begins only after the order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.

The estimated production time is approximately 1–3 months, depending on current workload and material availability.

Once production of a made-to-order product has begun, the right of withdrawal is excluded.

5. Withdrawal Deadline

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

6. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract in cases where the right of withdrawal applies, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

7. Right of Retention

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

8. Return of Goods

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us.

9. Return Shipping Costs

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

10. Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
